Much of Invisible Engines' success stems from referrals—the kind words people share about us. We appreciate what that says about our work and, more importantly, the working relationships we build with clients. Here's what you can expect:
"Linette's respect and understanding of our mission combined with her pure and bright design sensibility means our message hits the mark every time. Each page of our fundraising brochure unfolds like a poignant story, and when the readers get to the punchline, they are also reaching for their checkbooks. Working with Linette is a big win for FLY."
Ruth Marks, Executive Director and Founder, FLY Children's Art Center
“There are few people I can recommend as highly and as unreservedly as Linette. Well, come to think about it, there is nobody like Linette. Not only will you be extremely pleased with
her work but you’ll certainly also enjoy working with her. I just wish I had another project we could do! Right now.”
Anatole Krattiger, Research Director, MIHR, UK; Professor, the Biodesign Institute at Arizona State University; Chair, bioDevelopments-International Institute and Adjunct Professor, Cornell University, U.S.A.
"Linette's extraordinary sense of style and creative vision was exactly what our organization needed as we worked to redefine ourselves. In the course of just a few months, Michigan League of Conservation Voters' entire brand was refined and expanded, bringing us fully and proudly into the 21st Century. All of our collateral materials now reflect Linette's fine work—from our new websites to our newsletter and all our publications. To the person, our board and staff have been delighted with Invisible Engines."
Lisa Wozniak, Executive Director, Michigan League of Conservation Voters
“Linette’s modern, clean, bright design sensibility has been key to Growing Hope’s identity since the beginning of our blossoming organization. Her ability to translate our vision, values, and energy into graphic form has been crucial as we’ve developed marketing materials and our organization’s brand. From Growing Hope’s primary brochure, to developing a logo, signage, and brand identity for our Downtown Ypsilanti Farmers’ Market, to going above and beyond for other organizational design projects, Linette is a designer who enthusiastically invests her talent and mind into her clients and community.”
Amanda Maria Edmonds, Executive Director, Growing Hope
“Invisible Engines' work is really about more than the 'look' which is where most graphic artists stop. Rather, they help clients develop a bigger vision of their work, and provide the identity to realize it. They're really a co-pilot for dreaming and visioning and then making that concrete.”
Susan Santone, Founder, Creative Change Educational Solutions
Invisible Engines recently designed and built a new web site for Summers-Knoll School. Not only is the end result amazing in its beauty and intuitive functionality, but also the whole process of working with Linette and Anjanette was a consistent pleasure and inspiration. From first to last, Invisible Engines worked tirelessly to understand the needs and spirit of the school, to express our goals and philosophy in every aspect of the web site, and to honor the collaboration of all members of the team. The result is a site that has immediately soared in its effectiveness and visibility.
In the two months since the new web site was launched, we have seen: hits rise by 61.3%, page views rise by 473.4%, pages viewed per visit rise by 255.5%, bounce rate drop by 84.8%, and time on site rise by 323%. Linette and Anjanette, thank you so much for all you have done. You have transformed the way we connect with our community and the world.
Joanna Hastings, Head of School, Summers-Knoll School
